Announcements Geauga MRC Recruitment Rally September 15, 2010 5:30 – 8:00 PM When: Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm Where: Conference Room, 470 Center St., Bldg 8, Chardon, OH Why: Help us Build Membership to 100 by 12/31/2010! Who: You and a Friend (or 2 or 3) Who Might Join the Geauga MRC! What: Enjoy Good Food (courtesy MRC) Let Prospective Members Hear what the MRC is all about; Learn Why We Need 100 Members; Learn about Training Opportunities (IS-100a, BLS, First Aid, Haz Mat, etc.) Get Recruiting Brochures and Posters, etc; Get Easy Recruiting Instructions; Catch up on any Gear, Pins or Badges due you; Get Updated on Family Emergency Preparedness – An EMA Official will review Meet Other MRC Volunteers A Chance to Win Door Prizes Come and help your MRC double its membership to 100 or more so we can respond quickly to a wide range of emergencies. Health Commissioner Bob Weisdack will tell you why this is needed. Your bring-along friends can be RN’s, EMT’s, P.A.’s, Pharm D.’s, RRT’s , DDS’s, MD’s, DO’s, DVM’s, other medical professionals OR non-medical people who like to work with medical pro’s.
